Chairman's Welcome,

 

Torsha and I thank you for taking precious time from your families, jobs, and personal interests to see how we can work together.
 

I'm often asked if I miss the game, and its an emphatic YES!  I knew it was time to move on but not for the reasons you might think. It wasn't because I was ready to move on nor because of performance but because it was the right thing to do for my family and for the community.

 

I do not define success as one where my athletic career defines me. Therefore, NFL Retirement was a graduation to me. We felt It was time to take the blessings bestowed by God and work with my and implement my vision for Team America to enhance lives in all my communities.

 

My hope is someday my legacy is based on how I'm defined as a husband, father, colleague, citizen and what I contribute to the community, not what I did for a living.
